The MSN3420 series delivers flexible, high-density 25/100GbE switching designed for Top-of-Rack (ToR), leaf or aggregation roles in modern data-centre fabrics. Based on the Spectrum-2 ASIC, switches in this series support mixed-speed connectivity for server access and uplinks, enabling smooth transitions from 25GbE to 100GbE while providing full throughput, low latency and robust telemetry for large-scale deployments.
Ideal deployment/environment: Server-dense racks, hyperconverged clusters and storage-heavy environments requiring high-density 25GbE access with reliable 100GbE uplinks. Suitable for leaf/ToR roles in modern leaf-spine fabrics where low latency, open-Ethernet support and predictable performance under load are required.
