Shipping Information
| Next Business Day | Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped on a next business day service with a courier. |

| Pallet Freight | Large orders may need to be shipped as pallet freight. |
| Delivery Costs | UK deliveries start from £7.55. The exact delivery cost will be calculated during checkout based on the size and weight of your order. |

| E.U Non-Business customers | No UK VAT is applied to your order. Orders will be subject to local VAT and customs import charges at the time of import. Normally the delivery courier will collect the import VAT/Tax charges prior to delivery. Customs clearance fees are set by the courier or the broker who is processing the goods. |

Additional Delivery Information
NOTE: All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on a Monday, therefore the earliest expected arrival for Next Working Day delivery will be Tuesday.
Returns Information
At Steel City Consulting, we supply enterprise-grade IT hardware sourced from trusted vendors and accredited refurbishment partners.
All manufacturer-certified refurbished hardware is supplied in line with the original vendor’s certification standards and testing criteria. Independently refurbished hardware is rigorously tested by our authorised partners to ensure it meets defined performance, reliability, and quality benchmarks before supply.
While rare, we recognise that returns may sometimes be required. Our returns process is clear, structured, and designed to minimise disruption to your operations.
30 Day No Hassle Returns
- Goods ordered in error, surplus to requirements, or deemed unsuitable may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unfitted, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all fixings and accessories intact.
- New and refurbished products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened and in original packaging, unless the item is confirmed as faulty. Custom-built or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless supplied defective.
Faulty Items and Warranty Support
All refurbished hardware purchased from Steel City Consulting includes a 1-year Return-to-Base warranty, with optional 3- and 5-year extended protection available.
In many cases, reported issues can be resolved quickly by our Technical Support Team, helping to minimise downtime and avoid unnecessary returns. Where a product requires repair or a full replacement, we will promptly guide you through the returns process and ensure it is handled in line with the applicable warranty terms.
Submit A Return Request
If you need to arrange a return, please contact your account manager or our customer support team to discuss the circumstances.
Our team will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution and, where applicable, promptly issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number along with clear return instructions.
Please note that goods cannot be accepted without a valid RMA.
