However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Our straightforward returns process is designed to ensure you receive the support you need.
30 Day No Hassle Returns
Goods ordered in error, surplus to requirements, or unsuitable may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Goods will be refunded on the condition that they have not been used, fitted, and are undamaged in the original packaging with fixings.
For new and refurbished products, returns can be made within 30 days of delivery, provided the goods are unopened and in their original packaging, unless they are faulty. Custom-built or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Faulty Items and Warranty Support
All our hardware comes with a minimum one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Most reported faults can be resolved by our Technical Support Team without requiring a return. However, if the product has a more serious issue, we’ll guide you through the returns process.

How do I initiate a return or warranty claim?
Please contact your account manager or our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and detailed return instructions. Do not send goods back without an RMA.
What kind of warranty comes with your products?
Warranty terms depend on the product and whether it is new, refurbished, or used:
New products include a manufacturer’s warranty lasting up to 1 year.
Refurbished items come with a Steel City Consulting warranty, ranging from 90 days to 12 months. Full warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase.
Do you offer extended warranties or service contracts?
Yes, we offer extended warranties and maintenance support contracts on many products. Options include next business day replacements, on-site support, or advance exchange services.
