The Juniper EX4400-24T is a high-capacity access switch designed for enterprise and campus networks that need extensive 1 GbE port density with flexible uplink options. It provides 24 x 10/100/1000 BASE-T RJ45 access ports and a robust uplink architecture consisting of 4 x 1/10 GbE SFP/SFP+ ports and 4 x 10/25 GbE SFP28 Virtual Chassis/uplink ports (optics sold separately).
Powered by Junos OS, the EX4400-24T delivers advanced Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, quality of service, security and fabric features including EVPN-VXLAN and Virtual Chassis scaling. Its design supports resilient wired access fabrics in distributed enterprise environments.
Ideal deployment / environment:
The EX4400-24T is well suited to enterprise access and aggregation layers where high-density 1 GbE connectivity with scalable uplinks is required. Its extensive RJ45 port count supports desktops, VoIP devices, wireless access points and other wired endpoints, while 10 GbE and 25 GbE uplinks enable efficient traffic aggregation into distribution or core layers.
