The Juniper EX4400-48P is a high-density, enterprise-grade access switch delivering 48 x 10/100/1000-BASE-T PoE++ ports, with each port capable of supplying up to 90 W of power in line with IEEE 802.3bt standards.
As part of the EX4400 line, it runs Junos OS with comprehensive Layer 2 and Layer 3 services, EVPN-VXLAN fabric support and cloud-ready management with Juniper Mist Wired Assurance. Its architecture supports rich QoS, security and scalability for modern wired access deployments.
Ideal deployment / environment:
The EX4400-48P is suited to enterprise access-layer deployments that need high port density with robust PoE++ power delivery for devices such as wireless access points, VoIP phones, security cameras and other powered edge equipment. Its substantial PoE budget and flexible uplink options support aggregation into distribution or core layers without additional mid-span injectors.
