The Juniper ACX7024 is a compact, high-performance Cloud Metro router designed for service provider, enterprise and edge access deployments that require a resilient, protocol-rich routing platform.
It runs Junos OS Evolved, delivering full Layer 2/Layer 3, MPLS, segment routing (SR/SRv6), EVPN-VXLAN and advanced automation capabilities in a 1 U fixed form factor. With multi-rate port flexibility and precision timing features, the ACX7024 supports next-generation applications such as 5G mobile backhaul, IoT and residential/business Ethernet services.

The ACX7024 is suited to cloud metro access and aggregation roles where a compact, high-throughput router is required. Its multi-rate SFP28 ports allow port-by-port configuration for 1 GbE, 10 GbE or 25 GbE links, while 100 GbE uplinks support high-capacity backhaul and interconnection. Precision timing and advanced protocol support make it particularly effective for 5G mobile transport, distributed Ethernet services, residential/business aggregation and IoT traffic consolidation.
