HPE Tech Care Essential adds 24×7 support with a 15-minute response target for qualifying severe incidents, and eligible hardware can also be purchased with four-hour onsite response.

Tech Care Critical

HPE Tech Care Critical provides HPE’s highest operational support level for business-critical systems, retaining 24×7 access while adding enhanced critical-incident handling and, on eligible configurations, a six-hour hardware repair commitment.
